Delivery and Returns

IMPORTANT: Orders can take longer than 4 to 6 Weeks to manufacture and despatch.

It is currently peak season and we still have restrictions in place during the pingdemic. All items ordered online are made to order.

For extremely urgent orders select Priority Despatch at checkout. Orders online are for delivery only.

All Collection orders during peak time are charged at £2.00 + VAT

Currently the MAXIMUM standard delivery charge is £3.30 (exc. VAT) for all orders delivered within the UK. However if you wish to collect the items you have ordered from one of our stores after they have been despatched then please indicate this at checkout when you are ordering your items by selecting collection from store and noting the store location in the delivery instructions; your items will be reserved once despatched for thirty days. Our customers sometimes prefer this method if they wish to try their purchases on for size, or simply for convenience; you may be called when these items are ready for collection.

If you are ordering Name Tags alone, select "Name Tapes only" at checkout, and the Name Tags will be delivered for free. Please note that if it is the first time that you have ordered from us online that you (the cardholder) may be required to be present to sign for your delivery at your registered card holder address, if we need to contact you, we may call you from the hours of 08:00 to 20:00hrs. Please state in your delivery instructions if these times are not suitable.

All our garments including Embroidered and Printed garments are made to order.

For Delivery or Collection from store, we will normally despatch your order in three to five working days, however at certain times of the year it is possible that despatches and deliveries can be delayed, in which case we ask that for any urgent orders that customers call 01522 510016 or select Priority Delivery (despatch within one to two working days) at checkout. Please note it is important to give correct daytime contact number and email address.
